20 m² studio, on the ground floor of a house. Independent entrance on the garden level. Private bathroom and kitchen. Small personal terrace. Very quiet. RER-B Lozère station is a 5-minute walk away. The T6 tram, Louvois station, is a 5-minute walk from my apartment. Parking is free throughout the city.

Located on the Véloscénie route, bike shelters and repair kit available. less than 10 minutes' walk to RER C Igny station. Close to the main roads: access A10, A6, N118. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning.
