Unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Kamin Suite in der Villa Oesterreich liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und einen separaten Wohnraum, die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.

Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.
