The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

Small apartment in the garden in Binz

The non-smoking apartment with 28 m² is small but well equipped. It has a small kitchenette, a dining area with a possible sleeping area and a shower room. There is room for a 1.80 m bed in the room. Towels and bed linen can be brought with you or rented for €5 per person. A parking space for a car is included in the one-time final cleaning. In front of the apartment is a terrace just for you. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)
