My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

The train also goes to Southport through Birkdale and nearby popular golf courses. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach and Anthony Gormley Iron Men statues.
