This penthouse is set in the picturesque "Hamilton square" park area which boasts the most grade 1 listed Georgian buildings outside of Westminster circa 1800,s.5 minute walk to Woodside Mersey ferries and Train station which is a 2 min ride to Liverpool James st/ Central etc.Great transport connections for Liverpool tunnel Chester and Northwales.Bars and restaurants/shops/Cinema on your doorstep.All electric apartment recently upgraded.Full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen .Beautiful views.

Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds.
