Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Adjacent to the coastal path: not overlooked , a beautiful sunny terrace south is surrounded by greenery: morning sun and until the beginning of the afternoon. A small wood-burning insert to suit winter evening or mid-season outbreaks brings the romantic touch of wood-burning. Wifi , tennis court and pétanque Outdoor parking.

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
