Duplex apartment in quiet "secure" residence with pool (June, July, August, September). Bedroom separated from the living room by large sliding door. Kitchen opens to living room. 8 m2 covered terrace facing south. Dedicated Wi-Fi in the apartment. Nearby bike path, Aureilhan pond… ocean 10 km away. Two large shopping malls are within 3 km of the accommodation. 4 km from Mimizan city center. Beautiful walks in perspective, close to nature.

Fully equipped apartment in a residence on the shores of Lake Parentis (private access to the lake beach). The residence is equipped with an indoor swimming pool (Jacuzzi, swimming lane) and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a bar/restaurant. The sailing club is right next to the residence, as well as restaurants/bars on the harbour or in the surrounding campsites. Many bike paths to connect the surrounding cities, calm and serenity.
