3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Fancy a nature break this spring? Welcome to our Hautbois lodge, a warm cocoon nestled in a hamlet at an altitude of 550 m, in the heart of the forest, in the Sidobre (Tarn). To slow down, breathe, walk, or read by the fire... and wake up to the sound of nature. Morning coffee on the terrace on stilts, reading net, hikes from the gîte: between Haut-Languedoc, Montagne Noire and Monts de Lacaune, to gently reconnect with the essentials.

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
