The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Nature lovers will be pleased, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is great, in the sky the red kite makes its rounds, great spotted woodpecker, middle spotted woodpecker and green woodpecker are happy at the old trees.

You can expect 72 m² of pure vacation with 1 bedroom (1st floor via spiral staircase), 1 living room/bedroom, a dining room and 1 bathroom (ground floor). The garden is completely fenced with 1.80 m and offers a nice free run for your four-legged friend. Dogs are allowed upon previous registration. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate cats.
