Large and light-flooded apartment (120 sqm) with all amenities in a quiet hillside location of Ulm/Blaustein-Ehrenstein. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, wonderful views over the picturesque Blau Valley with its great sunsets. At the same time, it is also close to the city of Ulm. By car, 10 minutes to the city center, good public transport connection and only a few minutes' walk to the Science Park Ulm, the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus (BWK), the Ulm University Hospital and the Ulm University (Eselsberg Campus).

Rest and relaxation close to the university

Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.
