The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained.
