The bedroom is on the ground floor, separated by a corridor from the main room, which comprises a kitchen and a dining area. You will have access to an upstairs bathroom, which you will only need to share with anyone renting another room. You will also have access to the kitchen and dining room, as well as the garden with a barbecue and a shaded dining area. All these rooms are shared. The house is inhabited on the ground floor by an elderly person.
