Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Welcome to Mill de la Motte Baudoin Mill by the Mill Baudoin! This old windmill from the late 19th century, is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its breathtaking view of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.

On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Ideal for 3 or 4 guests (one double bed and 2 single beds), the apartment is well equipped. Cyclists can easily park their bikes. Paid parking on weekdays is available at the foot of the building, a large free parking lot is 300 meters away. The staircase makes access difficult for a person with reduced mobility.
