House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the overhanging hillside of the Regional Domain, including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

La Vallée des Vignes is located on the banks of the Cher, just 10 km from the Beauval Zoo and very close to the Loire Valley châteaux. The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the "Cosson" river, from where you can explore the prestigious Châteaux of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and the surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees composes an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. By reservation (2 days in advance), possibility to order breakfast (€10).
