The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

This is such a cute property to see. I needed the gate code to enter the farm and was immediately called back by one of the host and was given the gate code. I was confused about where to park I called the host again and she answered quickly and explained where to park and how to find the suite. It’s quiet and comfy. The bathrooms are to die for. They have the biggest shower ❤️I will be going back

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

We love staying here and have so many great family memories in this house! It feels like home away from home and we're excited to visit again. The house beautiful and the surroundings are, too.

Such a lovely getaway in the woods! The place is exactly as pictured but the natural light all the large sliding glass doors let in is even better! It is very secluded, the wifi is powerful and allowed me to work and take video calls no problem, and the deck is lovely. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back in the future.

Our stay was amazing!! My boyfriend and I came for our first time in Wilmington during Easter weekend. Our friends staying in the Carriage house so it was amazing to have separate spaces but still be close.

Katie and Michael’s place was amazing my wife and I stayed here doing the bourbon trail . Matched the description and the cabin was beautiful and created a space to just relax and unwind . Would highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic. The barndo offered so much room for our group, and was even better than the pictures indicated. Our host opened up the downstairs bar area for us while we were out fishing, & we had a blast. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but we were able to really enjoy ourselves while at the ranch. We usually have a difficult time finding a place with enough parking for all our trucks & trailers, but not here. More than enough room to accommodate us all. Anytime we come to visit Laurel Lake we'll be hoping Coyote Moon Ranch is available.

My wife and I loved it. Barbara was extremely proactive in communication and very courteous. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the animals were very friendly. It added to the excellent experience. The room was extremely clean and well designed. My wife has already recommended it to her parents!

Insanely amazing stay!! So peaceful and calm to be surrounded by such beautiful nature and animals all around you. Waking up to the cows was an amazing sight and great way to start the day. The hosts themselves were so friendly and helpful with all the recommendations, this place is worth it 110% I can’t wait to come back!

Had a great at Catherine‘s place for three days! The house is very comfortable, clean, and close to different restaurants/coffee shops/outdoor space. I appreciated the recommendations provided when I got to the house! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cute and quaint stay in the Richmond area!

Harper (Co Host) was very responsive. The location was great to access trails on horseback. Very welcoming!

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

We adored the Studio! Lovely outdoor deck and view with lots of white squirrel watching. The room is perfectly set and so comfortable. All linens, decor and equipment are tasteful and great quality. Plus we found breakfasts a big, delicious plus! Tracie and Daniel are great company and clearly exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting. Great option for Hampton since there are few hotels nearby. I would recommend to anyone who needs a nice clean place to stay.

This barn is amazing! The property that the barn is on gives you your own private peaceful getaway where you can enjoy your time. The inside of the barn is beautifully done. Everything is accommodating, comfortable, and makes you feel right at home. Everything in the barn seems brand new and makes the space so comfortable to be in. Ali is a fantastic host and was responsive and accommodating to our requests. I would stay at this barn over and over again!

Was in town for a kids thing in Raleigh . House is far enough away from the city that you truly don’t feel like you are in the mix. Besides being a wonderful little house the surroundings were as peaceful as peaceful can be. Lots of woods to walk in, little stream next to the house to catch tiny fish with buckets and beautiful flowers planted everywhere!!! The parking area had a little roof over it which was perfect for loading and unloading in the weather. Shannon and her daughter let me and my kids walk up and play with their animals. Super knowledgeable and you can tell they have a real passion for raising all living things.

This was our 4th stay and we love coming back. My dog loves it here for many reasons including Jen and Katie, the Gator and the Milkbones! This trip was to celebrate her birthday weekend. She had a blast and I got my fix of nature, bright stars, animals and peace. This place is a treasure and it’s hosts are the best!

Wonderful, private getaway lots of deer and turkey to watch. Close to Fries, perfect place for us to stay for the New River Trail Race.

Aaron was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with from day one. He responded very quickly to questions. The accommodations were very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again.

Third time staying here. Nice place. Lots of sleeping room. Fishing family enjoys staying here.
