The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

I will definitely stay in this location with Kasey again. The location is breathtaking and the room is beautiful. I would recommend locating the home in daylight since it sits off the road in a private gated area. You will not regret your stay here. Looking forward to coming back!

Rich & Brittany’s place exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for a little getaway for our family of 2 + 2 fur babies 🐾 The king size bed is super comfy and being able to sit in the hot tub and look up at the stars at night was so relaxing. There are spare fans throughout the home which was a relief as I had forgotten mine at home. We got food from lost and found pizza one night and cooked over the fire / grill another night. Although there is not much to do super close we were able to hike up to the ‘almost home’ location off of the cranny crow overlook. Hosts were super quick to respond when we had a question! The only down side to staying at the Bunkhouse is the road to get up to the home which is no fault of the owners. Our doggos enjoyed the complimentary dog biscuits that the hosts provided! Overall nothing but good things to say about our stay and we will hopefully be back in the future 🩷

Such a little hidden gem smack dab in the middle of the city. Very close to local bars and restaurants and a quick jump on the highway to the Riverwalk and multiple beaches.. the host was fantastic. Very responsive. We had a wonderful very relaxing trip. Definitely recommend.

Katie and Michael have thoughtfully created a true escape from life. From the set up of the cabin, the calming atmosphere, the amazing guides, information sheets, playlists, games, having all the necessities in the kitchen, basket of things you could forgot, phone charging pads upstairs and down. They truly have thought of everything. We were sad to leave but cannot wait to go back!

This was a spur of the moment stay but oh gosh what a gem. Just wish it could have been longer. Top notch host and beautiful place. Would definitely stay again in this comfortable, peaceful, and prestine-clean spot!! Excellent communication on top of it all!! Thank you!

The perfect mountainside getaway! Watching the sunrise over the mountains on the porch while the cows ate their breakfast was so cozy/peaceful. Not far from town and easy to come and go from!

Very, Very special place. Cathy and Daryl were attentive, and thoughtful during our stay. It was a huge blessing for our family to spend a few days in the beauty of their place. We will hopefully be back soon!

Great place off the beaten path. I was looking for a quiet, romantic and peaceful place to get away for the weekend and this place checked all the boxes. It was a comfortable king size bed, comfy couch to relax on a a private hot tub to relax in. I’d highly recommend this place if you just want to get away to a quiet, secluded and cozy home away from home.

This place is outstanding in all regards. A cottage on the grounds of a working horse farm, but completely private. Equestrian view from private patio and all round the cottage was phenomenal.... like from a post card. The accommodations were adequately-sized (I was alone, but would be great for two people). Everything I needed was there. My only complaint.... I couldn't stay longer!

Went with my friend and we found the place very comfortable. The kitchen is very nicely stocked! We brought food so that we could prepare most meals and the kitchen had more than we could ever need by way of kitchen gear! There was also a full stash of coffee, cream, honey and sugar! The location is great. We went to the White's Ferry Brewery that was just down the street and thoroughly enjoyed it! I would strongly recommend a visit. We also walked around the neighborhood to include down to the Potomac! Very nice! We took a day trip to Harper's Ferry (45-min drive) and of course to the little downtown area of Leesburg (7-min drive)! Rita was super responsive and brough us batteries quickly when requested for the remote and a container of eggs from the chickens! The beds are comfortable. I did sleep on the sleeper sofa and while it isn't a typical bed, it was fairly comfortable. Having the animals just below us was really sweet! Loved them all! Enjoyed our visit very much!

We were in need of a getaway to escape the stress and reality of life. This was THE most relaxing, nature-filled, stress-free trip for us! We can’t wait to come back again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable living space with everything you need. The loft is beautiful. Hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and not far from restaurants and stores. Such a great location. We stayed at Shannon & Steve’s lovely house for the weekend with our two young kids & my mom. The 5 of us were so comfortable! The house was super clean, the beds were very comfortable-we felt at home! Shannon & Steve were so kind & thoughtful-they allowed our 4 year old to feed baby animals, go on a farm tour & pet some chickens. She didn’t want to leave! We couldn’t recommend this stay more & if we’re ever back in the area we will be staying here!

We had a fantastic time! Katie and Jen are extremely helpful and friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The property is beautiful. The tiny home is very well appointed with everything you need. The queen bed was comfortable and my teenage son slept well on the chair that converted to a twin bed. Instructions were clear from booking to check out with very responsive host, we never had an unanswered question. We’ll be back!

We didn’t want to leave! This was a perfect place. Breath taking views from walking the land to observing the starry night sky. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was warm and welcoming, tucked away in a peaceful setting—perfect for escaping the busyness of the city. We especially loved “the neighbors” (the cows), which added to the charm. It was the ideal place for our family while attending my brother’s military graduation—conveniently located, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing gathering. Highly recommend!

Michael & Dawn were absolute lifesavers after the originally AirBNB I was supposed to be staying in cancelled on me at the last second. They were very responsive when I was trying to find something at the last minute during the area’s busy season, & the cabin is SO NICE. I could not recommend them and this property enough!
