Holiday rentals with a kayak in Blue Ridge Mountains

Kelli was an amazing host! Here is what stood out: She was willing to let us check in early due to the weather She also was willing to refund our stay if we chose not to come due to the weather ( even though i didnt buy the coverage for it) Such a cute place! We even finished the cocktail puzzle that was provided. Would stay again!

Beautiful house and scenery. Had a nice family vacation on the water. The house was perfect for a family. The boat bed was a hit with our daughter, she thought it was so cool. Nice patio with fire pit which is a plus. Neighborhood seems very safe. Very quaint town so it’s more of a relaxing and outdoorsy kind of vacation spot. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa de la Costa is such an amazing home. The entrance of home felt like an Italian villa upon arrival. The interior design perfectly captures mid century modern. Perfectly clean bathrooms. The king size bed was comfortable for me and my 6’4” husband. And the dock was great for fishing. The home was perfectly central for our stay as we had plans to visit Wilmington, Surf City, and Carolina Beach. I can’t express enough how we felt right at home. Highly recommend 10/10.

We stayed here to celebrate a really good friend’s upcoming wedding! We had a blast! Even without Luray Caverns and Vivo’s Italian restaurant the house was so cute and functional for 10 women to stay in. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to a friend ☺️

Great cottage stay near Summersville Lake. Beautiful pond in rear of property to sit and enjoy viewing while having my morning coffee. Easy walk to Fat Eddie's for the best ice cream. Just a couple minutes drive to the boat ramp, walking trails, restaurants, etc.

We had such a good time here! It was so peaceful and gorgeous. Definitely will be back in the future!

Beautiful place to stay in the woods. The kids had plenty of places to run outside and they really enjoyed the kayaks and playing in the pond.

The place was amazing! There’s everything you would need and more! Taby was the best host I’ve had in a long time and always responsive and quick to help. Love all the amenities provided (games, kayaks, individual toothbrushes, mouth wash, great shampoo/conditioner). The kayaks and the chicken roaming around was a nice touch to the vibe. Taby also come and made sure we were able to plug in our EV during our stay. Super flexible checkout as well! Nothing but great things to say. We look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to take the kayaks out!

Very relaxing and cozy getaway. The space feels very private and the surrounding area has lots to do + beach areas are close by. I absolutely loved my stay here and I hope to come back one day :)

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean and comfortable, decorated so cute! Tonya was amazing to work with, always very quick to respond and very sweet and helpful in working with us to stay a few extra days when a family member was sick. I very much appreciated her kindness, her recommendations for getting medical care, and just making things easy when I was trying to care for my family member. I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake. Thanks Tonya!!

My boyfriend and I loved this cabin for a simple birthday getaway! We both needed to unwind and disconnect for a little bit and we both came back refreshed. The creek is beautiful and we took full advantage of the grill and hot tub! The listing describes this place very well and I will definitely book again when I need a slow pace. I always love to support local people and businesses so definitely be sure to go by downtown blue ridge!

This place was incredible! It was hard leaving this cabin. The cabin has a ton of character. We spent majority of our time by the fire pit and by the water. The time we spent here really allowed us to connect with nature and get some much needed relaxation. It was a pleasure to stay here. Also, the host was very friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again! Already making plans for another stay!

Absolutely perfect for our gal-pal mountain getaway! Rhonda was a superb host, offering our crew ample comfort and coffee. She was welcoming and has created a space that allowed us to escape to the peace and beauty of the mountains with the comforts of home. We especially loved the stream side porch and evening fire pit. Sure! Here’s a catchier version of your review: We had an amazing stay at Bob’s place! The home was just as described. The location couldn’t have been better, with the river right in front of the house, making for a truly relaxing experience. The master bedroom’s balcony overlooking the river was the perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the host was super friendly and always available. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Amelia was a great host. My best friend and I went for a couple of night mom refresh and it was easy and refreshing. There is a lot you can do with a little better weather - canoe, hammock, kids playground. We enjoyed the hot tub, did a 1000 piece puzzle, and just the silence and serenity of no work and no dishes 😂. It was great and refreshing and now back to mom and work world. Will hopefully make it a quarterly event.

The Daniel Boone cabin was perfect, rustic but still with anything you could need. Jennifer and Ian were great at communicating, answering our questions quickly, and being flexible. Family style dinners, fire at night, walk by the water, it's a great place for a nice relaxing trip. The nearby caverns were also magnificent. Comfortable accommodations for at least 10 people (our parties size). Thank you for the great stay!
