Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

Absolutely beautiful home in Somerset. So cozy/clean inside and beautiful location/views. Heidi was responsive and flexible with us over the holiday. Close enough to wineries/Charlottesville proper. Such a picturesque setting for our Thanksgiving holiday. Would stay here again - book it!

The Lincoln Suites was a great stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were in walking distance. Charlie made it very simple for the check in and always answered questions promptly. I definitely recommend this stay if you are into cost efficient, clean, and spacious stays!

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

Tim and Lori are a very nice couple. They immediately take care of any issues that arise. The place is kept neat and clean. Just enough items filled the space that attracted us. We enjoyed it a lot. We wish we could have stayed more days.

If you come to the Knoxville area, this location is a must. Very peaceful, not so far from the city. Scott and Hedie are very friendly and they will assist you promptly in case of need. I strongly suggest this location either you come here for vacation or to work.

I've stayed here in the past for work travel. I love how convenient it is and how close it is to my office. The space is great for a week-long stay when I don't want to come home to a hotel room each night. It's clean and spacious, and I love that the kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal. I have recommended this to my co-workers who also travel to the area. Will definitely come back.

Great location for us. I have some physical disabilities and I was able to easily get in. The walk in shower was an added plus. My wife liked it and said we’d stay here again. Great place to walk our dog too.

Loved the place!! Everything was clean and pretty! The shower was honestly my favorite part, having everything accessible to get in & out of my wheelchair safely was a blessing! Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for three weeks. It had the minimum for what a person needs to be comfortable. I really have no complaints other then the futon. A real couch would elevate this place. The neighbors were nice and it’s not to far from grocery stores. Over all worth the price.

Place is as described. Host communicates greatly made it easily accessible for mail.

Our stay was great just enough room for my husband and I, very peaceful and private, very clean, did have a issue with the kitchen sink and her maintenance came right out and fixed it, very close to stores and restaurants. We will be staying again.
