We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

The bright, newly renovated and newly equipped apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of the house that we live in ourselves. There are two separate bedrooms. In the living room, a sofa bed can be used by two people. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, nothing stands in the way of a shared breakfast with six people. Wi-Fi and a large TV (46 inches) are provided. Coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first day.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with its own bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
