Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Welcome to your vacation! We built our dream house a few years ago with a lot of attention to detail and furnished it so that our guests feel comfortable on vacation. The modern and individual architectural house with great lake views is located about 300 m from the lake in a quiet new development, in the 2nd row of a residential street. Great terraces with lake views and a fireplace invite you to linger. In 2020, it was awarded 4 stars. The house can accommodate up to 5 people.

Our modern 69 m² holiday apartment, completed in 2020, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by green spaces, historic farm buildings and an orchard in Bodman. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living area with TV, a dining area and a large terrace with a dining table, parasol, sun loungers and a fantastic view of the lake, free Wi-Fi and 1 parking space.

Die charmante 40 qm große 2-Zimmerwohnung im 1. OG des Gebäudes bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils 1,4 m breiten Betten ausgestattet. Das Kinderschlafzimmer befindet sich auf einer Etage mit einer Deckenhöhe von 1,35 m, direkt über dem darunter liegenden Elternschlafzimmer. The holiday apartment "Casa Ka Sol", located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, was built in 2020 and offers an excellent view of the lake. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and oven. Underfloor heating and cooling as well as active ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Beautiful apartment in the second row of the lake with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. Two stoves provide coziness in the cold season. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. The electric car can also be charged. In front of the house begins a unique natural beach that invites you to stroll.

In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Comfortable holiday flat in a detached house built in 2014. The subterrain studio flat has a private entrance and own terrace / garden area. The seaside promenade with restaurants and public bathing beach as well as local facilities (bakery, pharmacy, drug store, supermarket are 5 - 15 minutes walking distance. Cot, child´s bed and high chair are available.
