A special shower experience awaits in the Beachhouse or, from autumn, in the separate "Wäschhüsli" cellar. The dry toilet is right in the tiny house. The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve and is a good starting point for excursions of all kinds. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.

In the morning, walk to the lake in swimwear and swim a little, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2 minutes away. Historic farmhouse in a quiet location (1)

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
