The apartment is located in Munich-Waldtrudering in a quiet residential area. To the S-Bahn its only a 300 m walk. With the S-Bahn it only takes about 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. Near the apartment there is also the Riemer Park is the Wasserburger road with many restaurants nearby. The fair can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the Riemer Park. The attic apartment has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed pull-out for 1 to 2 people. In addition, the living room on a shelf and a TV. In the bedroom, two more people stay in a double bed with two mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi is also available. The bedroom has a double bed. Dining room with a sofa bed with a Matrazenbreite of 160cm. Bed linen and towels are provided.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally.
