The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a hot tub. Sauna. A bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn train station, playgrounds and the city park are all a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – a day trip by sailing yacht can be booked.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.
