Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. 49 m² apartment with free parking in a sunny location on the outskirts with magnificent views of the Swiss Alps. The first floor apartment for 2-4 people has a separate entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 living/bedroom with satellite TV, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, large outdoor seating. Hikes directly from the house, ski lifts and cross-country trails nearby. Please note that a tourist tax of EUR 2.40 per person/day is due in cash directly upon arrival.

Pfaffenberg is a small village located 700 above sea level above the meadow valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our south-facing Black Forest house offers up to five guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows for a variety of cultural and sporting recreational opportunities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from close and far.

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
