La particolarità della casa è che affaccia su giardini interni e sui tetti della città, dunque luminosa, silenziosa e lontana dal traffico della strada seppur in pieno centro! La posizione è davvero strategica, circondata da bar, ristoranti e negozi, si trova a due passi dai più importanti musei e teatri, nonchè a 10 minuti dalla zona universitaria.
