Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Quietly located accommodation at the gates of Hamburg. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

This newly renovated apartment in the DG with about 60 square meters is perfect for a person or couple. It has a bedroom with a 1.6m double bed and a spacious living room, workspace and reading nook. The bathroom has a bathtub & shower. The amenities are complete with sheets and towels. 3 minutes to Bushaltest 184 and S-Bahn S21/S31 to Hamburg. Very good shopping in 800m: Edeka, DM, Post Office, MediaMarkt, Halstenbek living mile. Parking at the house.

Cozy 1-room apartment including kitchen

You will stay almost in the heart of Hamburg; your room is separately accessible from the outside. Shopping is available in the village (until 10 pm) Hamburg Airport can be reached in about 14 minutes by car. We have fast 50 Mbit/s Wi-Fi access; so nothing stands in the way of a cozy "streaming relaxation" or working remotely. If you have specific requests, just let us know in advance and we'll see how we can make them happen. A lot is possible

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.
