The Alstertale shopping centre can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Norbert Schmidt Airport can be reached by car in just 15 minutes, by public transport in about 30 minutes. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking right in front of the house.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

You will stay almost in the heart of Hamburg; your room is separately accessible from the outside. Shopping is available in the village (until 10 pm) Hamburg Airport can be reached in about 14 minutes by car. We have fast 50 Mbit/s Wi-Fi access; so nothing stands in the way of a cozy "streaming relaxation" or working remotely. On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
