Studio Apartment is located in the quiet municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. The room measures 26 square meters and is located in our basement (townhouse). There is a separate entrance that leads directly into the basement. Bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) + single bed (0.90 x 2.00 metres) + mattress (0.90 x 2.00 metres). Bathroom is also located in the basement. The basement area is entered by us as a landlord only for laundry, so we live completely separate from each other.

Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).
