Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Modern basement apartment

Modern, spacious and fully equipped basement in-law with separate access and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Alster river and hiking trail are within walking distance. The Alstertale shopping centre can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Hamburg Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes by car and in around 30 minutes by public transport. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking is available outside the building on the street.

Das Studio Apartment befindet sich in der ruhigen Gemeinde Bönningstedt und grenzt an Hamburg. Das Zimmer misst 26 qm und befindet sich bei uns im Keller (Reihenhaus). Es gibt einen separaten Eingang, der direkt in den Keller führt. Bett (1,80 x 2,00 Meter) + Einzelbett (0,90 x 2,00 Meter) + Matratze. Badezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls im Keller. Der Kellerbereich wird von uns als Vermieter nur für die Wäsche betreten, sodass wir räumlich komplett getrennt voneinander wohnen.

Vacation home "Beauty Garden"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Quietly located accommodation at the gates of Hamburg. The apartment has a free parking space with access to an electric charging station and is a 10-minute drive from Messe Schnelsen, a 15-minute drive from Hamburg Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hamburg city center. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner.
