Il se situe en lisière de forêt , vous accèderez au lac par un chemin forestier en 10 mn . Le centre ville et ses commerces sont à 1,5 km. Piste cyclable Sanguinet - Biscarrosse. entre lac et forêt. Au delà, l’océan est à 20mn, Arcachon et la dune du Pilat à 30mn. Notre piscine et ses abords vous seront accessibles en utilisation partagée.

Our accommodation was refurbished in 2018. A Jacuzzi was installed in the garden, 2024. It has all the comforts expected of a modern home and in particular quality bedding.
