Fully renovated comfortable accommodation on the ground floor of an Art Deco style Bordeaux house with independent access and peaceful garden that we share with pleasure. Located a few kms from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our house, awaits you on the floor of our house. Space of 30 m², oriented on the garden, completely new. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa BZ. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
