With an area of 23 m2, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet, as well as a living room with TV and its equipped kitchen. The 20 m2 terrace offers a practical and covered space. Parking is available on the plot. The mobile home is located in a very quiet secure residential park, 5 min walk to the lake.
