Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Our newly built apartment on the ground floor of our single-family house is located right on the eastern border of Hamburg. The HH-Curslack ramp is 5 minutes away and downtown Hamburg is about 25 minutes away. Right across the street, the beautiful forest invites you to take a walk. The beautiful Dalbek Gorge nature reserve is a 10-minute walk away.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
