The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. House near the old bridge

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

DomuMalaspina si trova in pieno centro storico di Bosa, denominato Sa Costa, ai piedi del castello Malaspina La struttura comprende 2 camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale con servizio privato, e una doppia, zona pranzo e cucina con utensili, frigorifero, forno e macchina caffè, due servizi, uno al piano primo compreso di lavatrice, e l’altro al piano terra scavato interamente nella roccia, arricchito con un placcaggio di Cerasarda, interamente Made in Sardegna!

Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

"This hideaway" is a 450-year-old home, great to getaway or as a creative retreat. A traditional house, 2 m wide at its narrowest + 12 m tall in total (over 4 levels). Built into the mountain, with a small roof terrace with views to the sea and hills, out over our colourful village. Re-designed & restored by us, to utilise the space of its narrow design. It is light-filled throughout the year, in a friendly sea & river-side traditional village.
