Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. I would say pure Hedonism.

We are located in the residential area of the town, just about 5 minutes from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 1 minute from famous Banje Beach.
