Since we are a pure non-smoking household, we would also like to rent our apartment to non-smokers - but smoking outside is ok.

The room is under the roof in my house. The size is 18square meter. There are stairs. It is in a quiet area. In 6 min. walk You reach the underground station. It takes 18 min. to the city Center. You can smoke in the living room downstairs. Warning: this is a smokers house. In the guestroom you will not notice any smell of smoke. If you are very sensitive to smell of smoke you might not like the smell in the living room downstairs.

Top floor room in a townhouse

In our terraced house, a small attic room is available, which we rent. In a quiet environment, but the S-Bahn station is in the immediate vicinity, so you are quickly in the hustle and bustle. You usually share the bathroom with another guest if the second room is occupied. In the room, it is possible to prepare coffee or tea. But you are also welcome in my kitchen, where you can cook something and you can use everything.
