There is a bike trail from the cottage to the city. There is a narrow steeper road to the cottage, accessible by car. There are three parking spaces. The land overlooks Austria, in ideal weather you can see the Alps. In the place of accommodation is the possibility to use the outdoor grill and seating. In cold weather, the possibility to heat the rooms with an electric radiator and wood stove.
