Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Seppelhof - Refuge for up to 9 people

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Sundhouse is located in the heart of Alsace between Colmar (35 km) and Strasbourg (45 km). You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. You will be spoiled for choice with a multitude of sites to visit and discover in the surrounding area. If needed, our village has a restaurant, bakery, butcher-caterer, small supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank dispenser, etc.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.
