Seppelhof - Refuge for up to 9 people

The Seppelhof is a farm that is over 400 years old, which has been completely renovated and modernized. It is detached outside of Hofsgrund at about 900 m above sea level. The property is therefore wonderfully quiet and idyllically located with a large garden. The farm has a total of 3 spacious, separate living units with a separate entrance, one of which is available to our guests. In addition to the view of nature, the proximity to France and Switzerland offers many sightseeing options.

In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. 4 1/2-room holiday apartment in a horse farm

The apartment is situated in the upper floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a wood/charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (15 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that the entrance to the apartment leads through the barn.

The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.
