From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Our Loft 2 is located in a former stable and was newly renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2023. With approximately 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the Bulthaup kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together and enjoy them in the spacious kitchen or on the private terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a sofa bed are available for sleeping. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Chiemsee.
