In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Newly built in 2022 and lovingly furnished, everything is available to feel comfortable and relax. Whether on foot directly from the wooden house, by bike into the nearby beautiful landscape or by car to the many lakes or in the mountains for hiking or skiing, only 6 km from Traunstein, this apartment is the ideal base camp.

Our Loft 2 is located in a former stable and was newly renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2023. With approximately 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the Bulthaup kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together and enjoy them in the spacious kitchen or on the private terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a sofa bed are available for sleeping. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Chiemsee.

Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.
