The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. The newly renovated attic apartment comprises a generous 130 m2 living space and extends over the entire level of the house. From the wardrobe on the 2nd floor, a staircase leads to the open-plan living-dining area with a modern kitchen. The large west balcony invites you to linger and offers you a fantastic view over the Inn Valley and the Tyrolean mountains. 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a walk-in closet complete the apartment.
