Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Willkommen im "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – einem modernen, ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus in Bremen! Das Haus ist liebevoll im maritimen Design eingerichtet, sodass Du das maritime Flair Bremens bereits beim Betreten spürst. Dank der guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (2 Gehminuten), sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu erreichen. (15 Min. ins Zentrum / 20 Min. zum Bahnhof). Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür wie Sand am Meer. 🌊

This gem is located 1.5 km (25 min walk) away from the downtown area yet central to the residential Geestemunde neighbourhood with all commodities a short walk away. The top floor balcony offers a view on the lively bi-weekly market place. Completely equipped for longer stays, a week long business trip or just a perfect weekend get away. Kids and dogs can play in the nearby parks. The space is fully equipped for babies to toddler.

Meine Wohnung im Geteviertel ist 125 qm groß über 2 Etagen im Hochparterre und Souterrain eines typischen Altbremer Hauses. Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Obstladen, Netto, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 400 m entfernt.

Willkommen in der alten Neustadt. Hier Reihen sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aneinander. Sie können Ihr PKW stehen lassen und Bremen zu Fuß erkunden. Vor der Tür befinden sich zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zu Fuß sind Sie in 10 min an der Bremer Schlachte und Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Altbremer Hauses aus dem Jahr 1895. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2021/2022 von Grund auf neu errichtet und befindet sich im neuwertigem Zustand.
