Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

The house is located in an idyllic village with a bakery, restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous excursions and hiking opportunities, including those in the Black Forest.

Unweit des Hauses ist die Schwanner Warte, Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful tiled stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a party room with a bar, billiard table and small lounge for social evenings. Outside, there is a sauna at your disposal. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.
