Appartement de charme avec poutres et pierres apparentes de 65m2 avec espace extérieur, au cœur d’un joli village charentais situé entre terre et mer. 35 minutes de Châtelaillon Plage, 45 minutes de La Rochelle, 30 minutes de Saintes et 35 minutes de Rochefort. A noter pour les personnes à mobilité réduite que l’accès à l’appartement se fait par un escalier un peu raide Cet appartement est situé sur notre propriété mais indépendant de notre maison avec son entrée et espace jardin privé.
