Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brigantine

Tiago was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions I had. The house was very clean and spacious. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend to others!!

We loved our two week stay at Mellie’s Shore Spot. Perfectly located, a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, good coffee and restaurants. Mellie is very responsive, her apartment well stocked with linens and other essentials, including loads of beach stuff! Would definitely recommend a stay at Mellies’s.

Went in the middle of April, nice house in a quiet beautiful neighborhood by the boardwalk. Good view of the park and water. Lots of little area beaches. Very clean and homey house. Well lit neighborhood at night. Close to the casinos and city. Friendly host. Would definitely stay again if in neighborhood.

We had a great stay at Sara’s home. It was just as described/pictured. She equipped the house with the necessities for the kitchen and beach, as well as lots of extras for our young daughter, which made packing and the visit more enjoyable. The house is a very easy walk to the beach (one block), and the beach itself was a little less crowded (bc no lifeguard right there). It’s also an easy walk to the sea wall, and everything is either a quick walk or drive. Sara was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a lovely time.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Everything about this stay was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. DO NOT hesitate to book. The house is gorgeous!!!!! Well stocked, roomy, clean, comfy and the location is fantastic!!! The host communicated all details and made everything super easy. He is very generous!!! He was very accommodating when I booked our trip VERY last minute. Thank you for a very special and memorable stay. We will be back.

Had an amazing experience with Jean. Her responsiveness was fantastic, and location was great. Overall a wonderful experience for the two of us. Kayaking was our favorite part. We definitely recommend this bnb!

Very convenient to the Boardwalk. I had no problem finding street parking on the same block or the next block over.

This is an excellent location! Just a hop skip and a jump from the beach. The space was very tidy and had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation. I would recommend it!

We had a great week! It was actually nicer than the pics even. Walkable distance to restaurants on Asbury (about 5-10mins) and sim distance to beach. Went up 7th to beach everyday. They were nice enough to provide beach tags. After the beach, we ate at a few places when we didn't cook. Pots & pans were provided at our request as well as extra seats and even a table so my son with autism could draw when back at the apt. If you have gluten issues they're many places close. Roma's pizza, Hooked on Breakfast, Asbury Kitchen, Yanni's, Bashful Banana and Opas. At night, just a short 3 min walk to Kilwin's ice cream for tasty homemade choices. Neighborhood was quiet and we watched smart tv. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided and they offered to launder items if needed. We had air conditioners in each room, but also central air if needed. We slept comfortably. Lots of space for belongings. They were very kind and attentive. We'd come back for sure! Thanks again!!!

This was the perfect place for myself, my son and his friends. The unit is as described and although my son is 6’1” he did not have a problem with the low ceilings. The only issue he had was in the bathroom but made it work. It was really nice to have the outside deck and grill. Sal was very responsive with questions I had ahead of time. I had the opportunity to meet his wife and she is so sweet!

We had a great stay at Martha's. It was exactly as advertised, and more! The layout takes full advantage of the space (it is cozy) and it suited our family of 4 very nicely (kids aged 7 & 11). Martha was a great host too. The apt is walkable to the center of Beach Haven, and so close to the beach! You can park the car and walk or bike (included) the whole week. Super relaxing vacation. And the backyard patio and grill offered a nice option for some home-syle BBQs.

Loved the location right off of the bridge coming into Ocean City. Outdoor space is clean and accommodating with large deck off of the living/dining room with plenty of beautiful furniture overlooking the bay. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and ceiling fans. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen is large with granite countertops with bar stools for extra seating. Perfect for cooking as a family with large dining room table. Great space for games. Living room has comfortable sofas and warming fire place. Just over all comfy home with modern appliances and plenty of parking. Very happy with the stay and responsive, easy communication with host. We will be back later in the season. Overall five star rating.

First time in Atlantic City and I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay and a better host to communicate as well. Rich was a great host very responsive when needed most. Rich's listing and view was amazing and if your a couple planning on staying it sits right over a wooden heart which I thought was kinda cute. I would definitely book here again and look forward to coming back to Atlantic City!

Taylor’s condo was incredible! Very spacious yet still cozy for us to enjoy our time as a family! We all absolutely loved it! A short ride away from the boardwalk for a morning walk/run. Taylor was super helpful, we will definitely be back!

Me and my boyfriend walked into such an amazing view, the hotel is close to everything!! i 100% recommend staying here! Had a blast

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Carrie's apartment. It was very cute and cozy. It was also very close to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. It had a well equipped kitchen and a comfy living room. Next time we go down to OC we'd definitely stay here.
