Beachfront holiday rentals in Brighton beach

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and comfortable and Karen and Cameron provided lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and the pool was lovely. Fantastic accomodation for adults, kids and pets.

Olivia’s apartment was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, cosy apartment in Elwood. Directly opposite the beach and a short walk to public transport, shops and cafes. The apartment was light filled and with considerable space for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing on the windows made for a very quiet room. We stayed for a short weekend, so didn’t make use of the kitchen - but it had a coffee machine, toaster, oven etc and all the things you might need. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

This was a great little beach house. Original condition but comfortable and had everything se needed for our short stay.

Beautiful views with great beach access. Photos online are accurate. Very modern and clean house with all amenities you could possibly need. Tennis court was great and even my dogs loved chasing the balls around the court. Very secure for any size dog. Unfortunately they had a problem with the heating prior to our arrival which couldn’t be fixed in time. They gave us plenty of firewood to compensate. Because of this, when it was cloudy and cold outside, the house was really hard to heat up. Especially down stairs. At one point during our stay we ran out of firewood which was quickly replenished. We were very happy that they were able to so quickly. The microwave and dishwasher were not easy to operate. Some simple clear instructions would have been helpful. The online manual was available but hard to understand. 🤷‍♀️. These are small things. I would definitely go back. Everything we could have asked for and more (except for the heating issue). We stayed four nights and other than going to a couple of local wineries for lunch we were very happy to sit around enjoying the house. It is large and airy, beautifully decorated and the location is stunning. The beach out the front gate, yet so quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the front porch with a coffee watching the sun rise over the bay was a highlight. Relaxing in the heated spa late afternoon before drinks out the front and dinners at the beautiful long table in the meals area. The house had all you could possibly need in the kitchen area along with a wide array of pantry items.

This place has the most breathtaking views from every room in the house. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is pretty much secluded. It was clean and tidy with all the things you need without all the clutter. I would definitely recommend this house to stay .. host is lovely to deal with! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A recently refurbished property. Spacious enough for two. Excellent location for the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. There is a major road outside that gets busy early each day. Highly recommended, great value for money.

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was clean and extremely well set up for a short or longer stay. We loved all the extra touches like the welcome treats and toiletries. It was super handy having a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is very secure and we loved the location, which is very near to tram stops and a vibrant local area including great cafes and restaurants. There is also a Woolworths metro very nearby. Bring your running shoes if you enjoy running, as there is an excellent 5km loop around the Lake, just across the road. The pool area is amazing, with the most stunning views, lovely tepid water and piping hot rain showers to warm you up if it's a bit cold or windy. Simon and Renee are amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Melbourne, as I can't imagine finding another place that ticks so many boxes. Thanks guys!

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious and airy 60's-style apartment, which was perfect for our group of six ladies travelling for a sports event. The apartment had everything we needed—plenty of bedding, towels, pillows, and even extra mattresses. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Sarah, our host, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal and made getting around super easy. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

What a fabulous spot to enjoy what Melbourne has to offer. The views are truly spectacular and the apartment is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was friendly and kind and warmly added a bunch of welcome snacks and drinks.The room was taken care of as new, furnished with great chic, and a very satisfying experience.

Great place, new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Perhaps a fan in the rooms as it was quite warm at night but otherwise, all good :)

Wonderful! Normally hate scorching heat and summer but staying here made me fall in love with it. Stayed for nearly two months while my house was getting renovated and felt like I was on a long extended holiday. The hosts (Lara and Jente) were very helpful and accomodating with everything. Smaller kitchen than what I was used to, but it worked out in the long run and ended up eating cleaner, fresher meals and got fit as a result. Plus being able to have dinner while watching the sun set from the balcony was absolutely heavenly. Will miss that place for sure. Thank you ladies!

Amazing view and very comfortable house. The sunsets were spectacular (and sunrises), and walking on the beach was restorative. The check-in guidance video was helpful. My husband found it best to turn the car around in the shared visitor parking area and back up the steep drive into the garage.

Friendly, flexible and welcoming. Just a wonderful experience and will visit again.

Simon's place is extremely peaceful, clean and in a lovely location. Everything is very thoughtfully and neatly laid out, and very functional. I would happily stay here again next time I'm visiting Melbourne.

Cosy space right near the beach and close to shops and restaurants and transport to city. I would definitely return.
