Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

NEW: This top-floor apartment, featuring two terraces and large sliding windows, is located within the historic old town. It offers stunning views to both the north and south. Lovingly and extensively renovated three years ago, it now serves as our vacation home. A perfect retreat for enjoying Brixen and its surroundings and equally ideal for simply staying in: contemplating, reading, cooking, or just soaking in the beautiful views. My co-host, Katharina, will be your main point of contact.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

If you are looking for peace and quiet to relax, slow down and experience nostalgia for past times. If you want to connect more closely with Mother Earth and have always wanted to sleep in the hay: Welcome under our roof! Designed for 2 people, for 1 to 2 nights. If possible, please bring your own sleeping bag, otherwise for an extra charge.

Welcome to our green oasis above Vahrn. Here you are surrounded by vineyards and forests. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

The “Villa Chicken,” built in the 1960s, enjoys a sunny and unique location above Brixen. Renovated in Mid-Century style, it now shines in new splendor, with interiors that bring the 60s back to life. A whirlpool with views invites you to relax. The Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are just a stone’s throw away, while Brixen’s historic old town is only a few minutes’ walk via an ancient Roman path.
