The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) and is equipped with an anteroom, a living room, a dining room, a very small bedroom with a French double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), as well as a newly renovated mini bathroom with shower. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.
