The 200-year-old farmhouse is located next to a waterfall, forest and lake in a quiet environment. The house has only been gently renovated. Much is still in its original condition, such as the historic room with walnut buffet, old parquet and tiled stove. It is heated with central heating. All rooms are wood-paneled. The floors can creak when entering - it's just part of the old wooden house. Here you can find rest and still be close to great excursion possibilities. Families and groups will feel comfortable here.

High above lake Lucerne

Cottage near a farm above Gersau on lake Lucerne (1100 m.a.s.l.). Good for hiking, montain bike tours and a digital detox getaway. Other leasure activities on and around lake Lucerne are also possible. Schwyz and Lucerne are reachable via boat or car. The cottage can be reached within 15 minutes by car from Gersau. Please note: it is a mountain road, which means it is curvy, steep and with only one lane with the possibility of turning out at regular intervals in the event of oncoming traffic.

Vivali BnB with free breakfast

BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. We offer you the entire cottage privately for you. There are no other guests in the house! Lucerne can be reached in 15 minutes. 20 minutes to the Pilatus cable car and 45 minutes to the Titlis cable car. Interlaken (87 km) is a day trip. Thanks to lakeside views of Lake Sempach and a spectacular mountain panorama, you will have a particularly pleasant stay with us. Village shops, medical center and ATMs can be reached in 100 meters. It's a 3-minute walk to the Eich Bad.

This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. The bus station is very close. Parking is available free of charge. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, but the city of Lucerne can be reached in a short time by bus or car. By bus it is approx. 25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by car. The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
