The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Cosy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people complete the whole. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Our house is located in a holiday home area on a 3000sqm property in a beautiful little forest near Hamburg. It is easy to commute to the city by train or car. Right in front of the door there starts the Luneburger Heath with all its activities, resturants and trails.

Living in nature between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, large Property with a small stream (only 20 cm deep), children and dogs are welcome, carport, fireplace... Due to the nearby wet meadows, it is not suitable for very sensitive asthmatics...
