Sunny, large (62 sqm) flat in the center of the city, with an interior decor dating from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Large, bright living room has 2 pull out sofas. Bedroom has a double bed. The flat has high ceilings, big windows and is decorated in the original 60s/70s retro style. The metro and the main tram line (24 hours) is 2 min and the ruin pub area is 5 min on foot. The area around the house is calm and very safe.
