Our stay at the Palm Coast Guest House was absolutely picture perfect. The space was bright, spacious, and clean — with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a huge, comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was lovely and stocked with plenty of fresh linens, which we really appreciated after our long days out. We drove in from out of state and were so grateful to be able to check in early. Erin and David were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Flagler Beach, great restaurants, and awesome mountain biking trails like MalaCompra and Graham Swamp. Even though we didn’t have time to use the pool, knowing it was available was a great added bonus. The guest house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This place was extremely well kept and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find, as well as get into the house. It was about 20 minutes from the beach where we were able to attend a beautiful sunrise service for Easter. The area is very nice with plenty to do. It was such a nice stay for a last minute halfway point on our way down the coast! We would love to return for another stay here.

We loved staying at Joyce and Joe's apartment! We got there late at night, but their instructions were super easy to follow so we had no problems. When we needed beach towels, they were super quick to respond with recommendations of where to go and dropped some off for us! Very helpful! Overall the place felt even nicer than the pictures.

Wow. What can I say. The place was inmaculent. This place was very clean. It had everything. Towels, soap, cleaning supplies, game for everyone. The bedrooms and liens were like home. I recommend this location to everyone looking for a place that makes you feel at home. Grace provided everything, even down to trash bags and laundry detergent. Anything you need in the kitchen was already there. I was so convenient, my mom lives right next door. Our Thanksgiving was awesome. The location was so convenient, we just walked across the lawn. Words just can't do my stay any justice, you just have to experience it for yourself, then you'll say I was to live here. Grace your place is the bomb! We will come back again.
