The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

All relevant shopping facilities are about 1.6-2 km away. In about 3 km. distance is the railway stop. A car is useful here!

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
