The apartment is just as great as described. Very calm, functional and well located. Alexei is very welcoming and available as a host. We definitely recommend to stay there!

A beautiful villa with a big green garden and a nice and relaxing view of the sea . Depending on what you want to do , like relax on the beach , have a bike ride , get out on the sea with the canoe , or if is cold outside have a sauna time ,this place has it all . The host is very friendly and helpful . Will definitely come back !

Our choice of the apartment was most successful. Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. The view from the balcony is a separate pleasure. The nature around gives a sense of privacy. The house is located close to the restaurants and shops you need. Pejman and Margarita are super responsive and friendly owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back again.

The host family was super friendly and super nice to us. They even picked us up from Burgas airport with their own car. It is a cozy apartment that is very well equipped and located very close to the sea.

We had a great experience at Dimitar’s place. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and peaceful complex with a big garden and pool. We truly relaxed during our stay , the apartment was clean and exactly as in pictures. Looved the terrace with the sea view , also the beach it’s right outside the complex(2 min walk). I’m gonna miss drinking my coffee right by the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ We will come back next year for sure ☀️

Very satisfied with their stay in the apartment, the host is very responsive, always immediately answers all questions. Detailed instructions on the location and check-in of the apartment. The apartment is as described and photographed, clean, cozy, has everything you need, a closed yard, a clean pool in the yard, a quiet neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, there are many grocery stores around, 5 minutes to the water park! I really liked it! I recommend it! Would come again!

I sincerely recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a quality apartment and enjoy a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and much more that they can offer. We really enjoyed it a lot. Thank you ☺️

We are staying off-season, go to the old city every day to solve the dining, it is recommended that new guests go to the supermarket to buy enough supplies first.Of course, the house itself is great, clean and comfortable, the host is also very considerate and responsive, I recommend it!
