We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Apartment in a wonderful location & great mountain views

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Forest is the future [tree house owl]

Man and nature meet at eye level. The deceleration begins upon arrival. The last approx. 150 m is from the parking lot on foot and with a ladder cart to the tree stilt house. There you will find a flowering and orchard meadow, a newly planted forest of partly still very small, native and foreign trees, a stream with a footbridge, two tree pulpits and in the middle three tree stilt houses. Across the street is the Haslach (bathing) lake on the Auerberg (1055 m).

Ein Ausflug zum weltbekannten Schloss Neuschwanstein ist in nur 30 Autominuten erreichbar und in 60 Autominuten kann die Stadt München erkundet werden.

Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.
